One fall afternoon somewhere Mt. Baker wilderness area, Whatcom County, Washington. Was resting under a shade after day long scouting the area. The pristine looking tarn, huckleberries blanketed ground., the blue skies and the late afternoon sun peeking behind those junipers provided a nice light and shadow on the ground, I believed, made this photograph.
